Good Morning Swappers!!

Everything is updated..wahoooo! Now to work on keeping this thread on the top page.

I'm heading over to the family boards to post there so we can hopefully get some of the dates filled. June- Sept really needs swappers. If anyone has other forums, other Disboards boards they are one...feel free to post.

Also, if you haven't do so yet...would all the swapper mind putting a link in your siggy about the swap.

In a week, we will have a running total of what is needed for each swap plus the condition of each stroller and it's accessories. I'll put a complete list on each strollers thread as soon as I get the inventory list from the swappers who are at WDW right now.

Sadly, I've had about 5 families in the two weeks who had to cancel their trips due to poor economy..loss of a job...circumstances beyond their control.

It's so sad My thoughts and prayers are with everyone in these poor economical times.

That really stinks. I hate hearing these stories, and just feel more fortunate each day that we are able to go to Disney. I actually had to bite my tongue with in-laws last night complaining about how the new unemployment laws (you know, extending benefits) is bad and hurting them (they make very good money), because it's only going to keep people from looking for jobs. I wanted to scream and say "Don't you realize that these laws are to help those who cannot find a job...it's nearly impossible for some people to find a job these days...there will always be people that abuse the system, but we can't punish the majority of the honest people because of a few"

Everyday here someone is talking about losing a job, going to lose a job, how to collect unemployment...it's so sad!

Hopefully, things will start to turn around soon for these folks and they'll get their Disney vacation, even if it is a little later than originally planned. Later is better than never...so, I'll send them some ixiedust: and wishes!

Hi. I have been looking at this forum for a while now. I deceided it was time for me to stop lurking and jump on this deal. I was thinking about buying a new stroller for the trip but, this is so much better.

I was hoping to get on the list for Royal Carriage 1 for Sep.26-Oct3.
Hope that is right.
