Royal carriage swap-#1 STROLLER-MISSING-FOUND-MISSING AGAIN

OK...for everyone in the swap and newbies wanting in the swap.

It's been really hectic here since Friday of last week. Long story short, my dad just gained guardianship of three lil kids and we are trying to get everything they need, plus their records, plus the legal ends tied up Ohio, plus getting things started in West Virigina, plus.......well, getting to know my new brothers and sister plus making them feel as they are finally in a real HOME.

But I will be checking in here and there plus working on the PM's as I can when I have a free minute. Please bear with me until Friday, as I don't have alot on the calendar that day so I can get everything caught up then.

Unless of course it is a major problem then I will get to that immediately.

I was just wondering if you got my PM. I am not sure if we should still use the strollers as my niece is anticipated to be 55 pounds by then. I don't want to throw the swap into a tizzy (I have 2, as I am stroller sitting) as I know you guys are struggling with open dates. I can keep the strollers with me but hopefully someone can use them for our dates.

Please..........still stroller sit. I know that you have RC#2 and Tink as I am supposed to hand both of these off to you when I leave. It looks like I will be sitting most of the strollers during my stay because the gaps are getting really big.
Also remember that Tink's weight limit is 75lbs not 50lb.

Update on the Strollers:

#4 the one with no bar. Is working great and holding both my kids.

#1 will have the seat replaced soon. As it arrived today however we were at the parks and missed getting the package. I will get it in the morning. The side wheel does look wobbly but it is working fine and holding one child.

My sister has another one too I just dont know the number but she has been using it too and no problems that I know of.


Will try and update after seat is replaced.
Oh and we had no trouble at POP getting them out of luggage. It took maybe 2 1/2 minutes for the guy to find all three.

I am still in the Tink swap and will stroller sit the other 2, no worries. My husband said that we could still use the double for our daughter and "stuff" and put my niece in the Tink (Don't know why I didn't think of that). Looks like there is someone looking for a stroller during some of my "sitting" time. So I can get the other stroller from the new swapper if Maddi approves it.

Hard to believe we are under 2 months now.

Iam sure that if a stroller is avalible it will not be a problem. Please be patient with Maddi. She is going to get back to everyone on Friday who has posted and PM'd her.
She is helping her DAD with some wonderful family news and is a tad busy this week!! (See post #3301)

Looks like RC #5 will be in LS for about 2 weeks or so prior to my arrival. I know someone is Stroller Sitting it but you don't list the location. Where?

I'm not sure if this helps or not but I should be able to stroller sit RC #2 during my dates of Nov 14 to 18 if we can get both RC#5 and RC#2 strollers to (1) BLT or (2) any monorail resort LS or (3) the same location.

We will not have a car and will be leaving late morning on the 18th via Magical Express but we'll certainly have time to drop the two strollers in BLT luggage services. I know RC#5 has BLT after mine and #2 has FWC so I think that might just work.

OK MAJOR PROBLEM!!!


I'm getting overly attached to my new brothers and sister. They are the most sweetest kids! They eat up every teeny tiny bit of praise. The mommy mode has so kicked in...I wanna slap the biological mom smart because you surely can't slap her anymore silly than she already is. These kids are awesome! We are seeing more and more of their personality come out.

Amazing what a lil kindness and love can do for a child. I'm sure we will see bad moments but right now, they are AWESOME!

So, one question... will your new siblings be joining you at Disney? Come on! I know you LOVE a challenge (getting another hotel room, redoing all your ADRs, etc.) Just picture this

HAHAHA I Did mention it to Dad but he vetoed the idea....this year...darn it! Hopefully next year.

The twins..sad to say...are 5 and the only thing they know is what there amazing Foster Mom taught them when it comes to writing their names, counting to 100, etc.. They never went to pre-school nor did their mom teach them anything. The 7 yo, welllll...with tutoring the rest of the summer, he MIGHT get caught up but he was PLACED in 1st grade as of right now. Thus Dad said they weren't allowed to miss two weeks of school.

But look out next year....lol...I'm going to ask them to join us IN FRONT of the kids, let's see if he can say no to 8 sad eyes pleading with him. Theirs and MINE!. HHAHAHAHA

WOW remember before the big rule change how many stroller swaps there were. We have been blessed...let's hope it continues for 5 more months. As long as we can get through that major hump mid July..we sould be pretty good.
