I'm having a hard time getting to sleep tonight so I'm laying in bed DISing from my laptop and Reilly (Apricot poodle in my signature) just did something so darn funny I almost fell out of bed laughing.

See.. for a small dog, Reilly can burp loud.. very loud. Well, whenever he burps infront of DH Matthew (Obi-Wan Pinobi), Matthew makes a big deal over it, praises him with a "that's my boy".

Well, just a minute ago, Reilly jumped up on the bed, climbed up on the then sleeping Matthew, and pawed him on the shoulder a couple of times to wake him up. Matt woke up to see Reilly's face about 4 inches from his, staring down at him from his perch on Matt's chest. He barely got out the words "What do you want, Reilly" when..


BRRRAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!


Reilly belched a big one right in Matt's face and sat back and waited for his praise.

When I said to him "That's mommy's boy", Reilly went on his merry way and went back down to sleep.

I guess Matthew will think twice about encouraging this dog's bad habits anymore

I think what made it the funniest was the absolute proud look on Reilly's face while he sat there on Matthew's chest waiting for him to say "That's my boy" and give him a hug. - combined with the sheer horror of waking up to a blast of poodle breath coming at you at 150 mph on Matthew's face.

I swear, this dog is a sitcom waiting to happen.
