Rotational dining on the Magic 7 night Caribbean Cruise

Hope someone can help with the following

We are booked on a 7 night Caribbean cruise on the Magic in May and believe we will visit each restaurant twice and one a third time. Can we request the restaurant we would like to visit '3' times and how do I make this request clear to our travel agent? Do I have to say which one we want to visit three times and does that restaurant choice start on the first night of our cruise? Will our travel agent make the request now or will they have to wait for check-in day?

Am I right in thinking that Carioca's has a buffet breakfast and Lumiere's is table service at breakfast? If we are assigned to eat at Carioca's on say Monday evening, are we assigned to eat there for breakfast on Tuesday morning or can we choose to eat breakfast in any of the three restaurants at anytime.

Does Palo brunch have two sittings and again is it best for me to ask our travel agent to book this?

I don't think you can request which restaurant comes first in the order which would mean you would eat there three times. Breakfast is totally your choice. The Navigator will tell you which restaurants other than Cabanas is open for lunch and breakfast and at what times (they usually overlap). Also usually only two of the three restaurants are opened for either breakfast or lunch on a given day. Palo brunch is only available on sea days and has staggered seatings. Hope this helps.

You can request a specific rotation if you know them. I don't know if saying "I want to eat in this restaurant 3 times" would be sufficient or not. You may make the request at any time prior to the cruise. If you don't have the rotation you would like when you get your KTTW card when you check in at the port, you can go to the dining changes location once you board to request a change. These are, of course, only requests and DCL may or may not be able to make it happen. Generally they do but ya never know.

I have requested to start the dining rotation in a particular restaurant and it was granted. I think that is your best bet - just request to be in the restaurant on the first night that you want to go to 3 times.
