Rose and Crown or????

Just was curious to know if anyone has tried the fish and chips dinner at the Rose and Crown and if they could suggest the Yorkshire Fish Food Cart over the Rose and Crown?? In other words, which is better and why???? Thanks as always, Chip.

I think the fish and chips at the stand taste better than the fish and chips at Rose and Crown. (just my opinion) It seemed to be fresher, crispier, and hotter.

I can't tell the difference, but we would much rather be sitting on the balcony of the restaraunt enjoying ourselves to watch the fireworks than standing and fighting the crowds, lol.

Fish and chips at R&C were good, as was the salmon. Also the Imperial Sampler and Black and Tan are pretty good. Haven't tried the cart.

Fish & chips ALWAYS taste better when eaten outside than inside with a Knife & fork.

I have had the fish and chips at both spots and enjoyed them very much. We always eat at R&C on each trip. It is a really nice spot to have dinner and be able to sit outside.

We have always enjoyed the Rose & Crown fish & chips. Never had them from the stand, though. Just something new to do in 45 days
