Rosa Flores @ DDE? How'd you get through???

I have been trying to get through to the DDE people for a few days at many different times w/ many different phone calls. I keep getting the recording, blah blah,blah...I go to option 3 then 1 to become a member, which sends me to a voice mail. Am I using the correct #? 407-566-5858??

Also, I heard earlier that Rosa no longer works there yet she was there today and yesterday?? I wonder who at DDE told the other poster/caller that she didn't work there anymore?? Just wondering, not complaining.
