I'd recommend checking the weekly Times Guide as monorail hours can vary week to week. You can pick up a copy when there, or this is a handy link: https://www.orlandoparksnews.com/p/weekly-walt-disney-world-times-guides.html

As you can see, using this week as an example, the Resort Monorail started running every day at 7am. 7 am is a more or less 'normal' time these days, but this can change based on time of year, park hours, etc so always check the Times Guide to be sure.

Yep, if the Resort Monorail is running, it'll make stops at all of the resorts and MK - GF, MK, CR, TTC, Poly in that order (from GF).
