Almost time to book my ADRs!!!

Here is my question-

MK Day- Rope Drop or Breakfast?

My child has not seen the Welcome Show (skipped during all 3 of our MK days last time).
Is this show a "should do"?
 
Thanks!!! Not trying for a pre park BOG breakfast is one less thing I can worry about now :)
