Root Vegetable Hash ????????

Can someone please tell me what the Root Vegetable Hash at 50's Prime Time Cafe is? Does anyone have any pics? DH would really like to know.

I never could have replied to this - that's got to be one of the grossest-sounding menu items ever - unless I'd just had some a couple of days ago.

It's basically tiny cubed potatoes and carrots. It came with my grilled pork tenderloin, and looks and tastes just like it sounds. It's not at all bad.
