Rooms near quiet pool at YC

We have booked water/lagoon view for our stay in Oct. SAB looks great and we will use it but we loved the quiet pool when we stayed at SSR . So my question is if we request a room near the quiet pool are we going to be really far away from everything else?for example how long to get to market place in morning to get drinks refilled and grab breakfast (there's 5 of us for 10 night so this is also a factor).if anyone's had a really great room that they can recommend I'd appreciate your help.thanks

The quiet pool for the Yacht Club is way over to the left side near the tennis courts. The Marketplace is actually part of the Beach Club and is far over to the right next to the Sandcastle Club on the map. They're at the opposite ends of the 2 resorts, but it does have the most grab & go and quick service food offerings. The Ale & Compass in the YC has a limited selection of breakfast food and beverages. The Fittings and Fairings Store has some packaged foods.

We've stayed at the BC and found the Marketplace to be convenient, but from the far end of the YC, I think I would just stop by on the way to or from Epcot and settle for coffee from the Ale & Compass .

Hopefully someone will come along who can recommend a website or can map the distance for you.
