Rooms Close Together??

My SIL's family and ours are planning a trip this fall. However, we will making separate reservations. She is planning to fly down and going through a travel agent. We are driving so we are making reservations direct through Disney. Is there any chance that we would be able to get rooms close together?? What would we need to request??

We are planning to stay at Pop Century.

Call CRO and have them link the reservations together. We did this last month and my sister and I were able to get connecting rooms. We didn't have any problem, especially since so many Pop rooms are connecting. When we checked in we made sure that they were connecting and at that time even discussed several different buildings before we took the rooms that they had originally assigned to us.

We were at the GF the first week in Dec. and when i made the reservation I had them link them together. When we checked in we were very surprised and excited that we had connecting rooms. If you link the 2 reservations together they pop up in the system together when the room assigner makes assignments according to a CM i talked with. Also if you have 8 people in your party total (count the kids also) ask for a grand gathering number which will also link your reservations together.
