Rooms at Poly

We are having a family reunion in early Dec and staying at Poly. We have 3 rooms that will hopefully be close to one another. My question is.......we are scheduled to land in Orlando at 3pm; others joining us arrive at 5:40pm. Should we wait at the airport or go straight to the hotel. Wondering if the several hours difference will reflect in what rooms we get at the hotel. Any input/experiences would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can have CRO link the reservations together now. Tell them you want adjoining rooms. You will need to know all 3 reservation numbers. Then they will give you rooms close together. I wouldn't wait at the airport.

Do you want adjoining or connecting rooms? Connecting have the doors to the next room in the room. Adjoining you have to go out to the hall and go next door. Be sure you ask for what you want.
