What is the difference in the dedicated, lock-off and the rest of the rooms. We just bought at BCV and I am very confused about the different rooms.

Lock-off rooms are what you may know as "Adjoining rooms" in other hotels. We had a 1BR at BCV and it had a studio lock-off next door. If we had needed a 2BR the lock-off portion would have been opened and viola, there's a 2BR. Dedicated would be missing the lock-off portion and may have a slightly different configuration...sounds like some may have different beds and such.

a dedicated 2-bedroom at BCV will have either 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom or 1 queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa

in a lockout 2-bedroom - the second bedroom is a studio - so it would have a queen bed and a double (full) sleeper sofa.

if you are not talking about 2-bedroom then what arewethereyet says is correct!

the dedicated studio may have a shelf where the other door would be in a lock-off.

Another big difference if you have a two bedroom is that a dedicated 2 BR has only one entrance door from the hallway in the area of the Kitchen. This could be important if you have children and want to make sure they don't get out into the hallway.

In a lock off, there is an entrance door in that location plus one more into the adjoining studio. You also have all of the other amenities of that studio, like a second microwave and coffemaker.
