Room Service on DxDp?

I have extra TS meals left on my DxDP after getting all the ADR's that I wanted. Has anyone used these for room service (we are staying at AKL)? I understand this is charged as 2 meals per order, but are the children's meals charged the same way? Also, wouldn't it be the best "bang for my buck" to do dinner this way-but breakfast in bed is soooo nice!

P.S. Would I be better off just trying to get an ADR at Boma for breakfast?

Thank goodness for DRV free dining-i was able to upgrade from ASMu family suite to AKL with DxDP and pay $100 less.

Boma is very nice and had a huge selection of items. It is 2 TS meals for room service regardless of child or adult. If you are on the Platinum plan, it is only 1 meal credit per person.

I'd like to know more about room service when on the DxDDP too.

We'll be at the YC and I checked out their private dining menu at all ears.com and they don't offer an all-inclusive breakfast like the other resorts do. They offer a Family Breakfast that serves four. I'd like to know if I can order this to just serve two adults?

Anyone order room service breakfast on DxDDP and care to share your experience???

I do have to say that using credits is the way to go, in June we paid OOP and it room service got really expensive!

We didn't do breakfast room service, since we're not breakfast people, but room service dinner was nice for our afternoon at the pool. We didn't order meals for the kids at all - two adult meals was plenty of food for all 4 of us from WL room service. I'm not likely to order it if I'm paying OOP but it isn't a bad use of credits, especially since on room service the gratuity is still included (for 2008. I haven't looked to see if it is the same for 2009).
