Give your requests to the owner. He/She should call MS and ask to have them added to the reservation. Most requests do not show on the confirmation letter, so do not be concerned if they do not appear on the copy you get from your owner.

The owner of the points will have to make the request for you. Please remember that Disney will note the request on the reservation, but they will not guarantee the request. I'm sure they will do the best they can to honor your request.
