Room requests for large party

We have a family vacay coming up in November. We are staying at SSR on points and we have 2 Studios and 1Two-Bedroom villa reserved. What could be our best option for getting our rooms at least in the same building?

We are bringing the grandkids (ages 3,4,6,7) and this will be their 1st trip to Disney. As cousins, they LOVE each other and we know they will be inseparable. But they are not all staying in the same room. So we are hoping to be close.

Any tips?

Cross your fingers? Ask that they be close together and add a note that it is the grandkids first trip to Disney and they are looking forward to spending time together.

Chat/email/call Member Services. The “Traveling With” notation is a very common and routine note on all Disney resort reservations. It should be your first request (and for best results, your only request).
