Room requests done online?

If I wanted to put in a room request, is there a way I can do it on MDE? If so where? I tried looking but I couldn't seem to find anything. I already have my stay booked.

Also, when my online check in day comes, will it show up in MDE?

Yes, online check-in will show up in MDE. The only way to put in a room request online is to do it during online check-in and then you are only offered certain choices. You can't write anything in. If you have specific requests, you will have to call them in.

We visited WDW last October and I booked it last June. I called on three different occasions to request that we were not in the farthest building from the lobby. (We stayed at ASM) Each time I called they informed me that yes they can put the request in but that is simply all it is. You are not guaranteed to get any request that you put in (unless it's something you can purchase). I understood this but still asked to not be out in the boonies. We checked in and the cast member stated our room was in building 5, which was the last building and farthest away from the lobby. My only advice is do not get your hopes up or depend that the request you put in will be answered.

Thank you! yes I totally understand that any requests that are put in are not guarenteed. I just want to try and get a balcony for the room I'm staying in but if it doesn't happen that's fine too. I think it's always good to try though! Thanks again for the feedback.
