Room requests at GC?

At WDW, I have faxed my room requests 3 or 4 days prior to my arrival. We will be returning to DL in May and have theme park view ressies at the GC. Can you do the same thing at the GC? We stayed in a room overlooking Grizzly River Rapids last year and I would love to be in the same area.

Not necessary, you can just have room requests noted on your reservation as you do at WDW. As with all things Disney, it's not guaranteed but they'll do their best to accommodate you.

When I go there I changed my room request a bit, and they did their best to accomodate my request. Since I have a hidden disability, I often request ground floor rooms or rooms near elevators, but this time I forgot. I also know from long experience, the earlier in the day that you actually check in, the more actual selection they will have for you to choose from. That is true in all the Disney resorts, and most hotels.
