(try to say that 3 times fast .. "room request question"...) LOL

How soon is too soon to place a room request. background:

Feb 04 trip at PC. I want 50s bldg and 1 King bed. DD (21/2) is a Lady & the tramp fanatic, and when traveling we like to bunk together (don't usually do that at home). The location is a priority.. I am sure that by the end of the day she'll be too pooped to care if she's in my bed or not. LOL.

So, should I call NOW and hound them to death. Or should I wait until closer til.

Thanks!

You shoul make all requests when you make your ressies. Custom is to fax three days before your check in date. I have also had the experience where i made requests at check in.

Just one more thought - if PC follows suit with the All Stars they may have "preferred rooms" for a slightly higher rate. These are simply the rooms closest to the food court and main bus stops. You would have to be sure you have reserved the preferred room in advance. In any case be sure the reservation notes any and all of your preferences in advance. Personally when I stay at the values I find the extra $10.00 worth the convenience as I often travel alone with my dd's.

Does anyone know that if you are staying concierege you can have the concierege staff help you with a room request? Or should is still go directly to the room assigner? Thanks.

Yes, make them aware if you have a view preference.
