Last August when I booked the GCH over the telephone (directly through Disney), I was told that I had "reserved" a particular room type (Queen with bunk beds). When I checked in at the GCH, I was told that I did not have that type of room, and that the Disney Travel Company (or whoever it is that takes reservations for Disney) is a totally different entity, and that whatever they say is meaningless. 
Soo . . . how do I put in a room request that actually shows up at the GCH? Should I call the hotel directly? Can someone clear this up for me? It seems ridiculous that Disney would take reservations through a company and then not honor the promises of that company. ??
