Room request help

Hello--

Can someone remind me the phone number to call to make a room request? We have an early March vacation, poly. I'd planned to request a balcony, but I also want to request away from construction. Is there a best timeframe to make the request? I know at least 2 weeks out, but is okay to do it now?

You are correct. I had the other number on my WDW contact sheet and now I changed it. I wonder when they went away from it. I updated my post so not to give the wrong number. Thanks

Thank you--I knew I had saw several different numbers float on this before! I don't think I did it correctly over the summer because I got about as far away from my request as I possibly could, lol--it all worked out, but I kept thinking "no way did they get that request!".

Oh they get the requests. It’s just sometimes they can’t accommodate them (and likely other times they just don’t care). If you really want a request it’s recommended to go to the front desk on arrival and ask if your request was accommodated. Sometimes there is available inventory and the staff can move you.
