Room request help

Hello--

Can someone remind me the phone number to call to make a room request? We have an early March vacation, poly. I'd planned to request a balcony, but I also want to request away from construction. Is there a best timeframe to make the request? I know at least 2 weeks out, but is okay to do it now?

You are correct. I had the other number on my WDW contact sheet and now I changed it. I wonder when they went away from it. I updated my post so not to give the wrong number. Thanks
