Room request at Wyndham Bonnet Creek

Hello,
We're staying at WBC from August 27-Sept 2 - so excited!!

I want to put a room request in - was thinking of tower 4 or 5, lake view, high floor. I booked thru Ken and Denise Price - should I ask her to put the request in or should I call? If I call, how soon - and should I request the tower # of the actual name of the tower? How often do you get your room requests?

We rented through Ken in August of 09. I called a week before we left to request building 5, pool view, mid level (not top floor not low). My requests were granted! We got building 5, pool view, 8th floor.

I didn't even think to say "midlevel", that's actually what I want - not low and not too high. I can't wait to go, so excited!!
