room preference question

I was hoping request a building perference for ASMu but the person who took the reservations said that they didnt deal with perferences and I called ASMu and they said they dont do reservation preferences.

Is the only way to request for a building is to be there in person?

CRO should have been able to put the request in your reservation. Asking at the desk usually works also. Just remember it is just a request and you will have a great vacation.
