Availability is whatever was left over from the free dining special, so there is not a whole lot of the popular choices available.

Ok, so my dad tried this and they said it was a valid code...the ZJZ one...but something about the computer and it being unavailable...even though we are down there during the valid dates. He is looking to get a $350 credit. Apparantly there are a lot of people over on the Intercot boards having the same issue, and some CM's don't even know what it is. So if anyone has any info...please let me know so I can tell my dad. Thanks.

My dad and I were just looking at it...he found it on Intercot at work and showed me, so I just quickly posted the question without looking...sorry.

They are running a special but they may not have any rooms left at that rate for your dates. There is a limited number of rooms at certain resorts for that code.

So we can't just get a credit for about $350? We already have the reservations for 8/6-8/14 at CBR. So he was just looking for a credit for the amount.

They would have to have rooms available at CBR at that special rate. You would have to call reservations and see if there are any rooms available at CBR for your dates. If there are then they could apply a credit to your reservation.

It isn't as simple as calling and getting a credit. They may have rooms available just not the ones with the special code.

ooooh...ok thanks for the clarification! They didn't explain that the times that he called...they just kept saying there are no rooms available without saying what that meant...meaning we had the room and thought that they didn't understand that..it was confusing, but thanks again for the clarification.

I would call and ask if that code would make a difference on your reservation.
