Both 2006 and this past year 2007, the only room only discounts for around your date of March 14 were for AP & FL Res, and those didn't show until the first of Jan - for example 2007:
Check ins between 2/15/07-3/30/07 Annual Passholder room-only rates became available on 1/3/07, exp 3/30/07
Check ins between 2/15/07-3/30/07 Florida resident room-only rates became available on 1/4/07, exp 3/30/07
You never know though. Keep watching the DIS though in case something new is offered for March 2008!
