Room occupied sign and housekeeping (POFQ)

My mom accidentally left the room occupied door hanger on the outside of our door Wednesday morning and when we returned that night, housekeeping never came in to do the room.

So just a heads up, don't forget to take it off your door or they might assume someone is in the room and not freshen everything up.

Luckily, all we really needed was towels, so a quick phone call to the front desk remedied that. (and the person who answered the phone was terrific with their customer service)
