Room Number and Location?

We have booked our trip for July at CSR and have received the reservation number. When should we expect word on our room numbers and location?

When you check in.

Your room number/location will be assigned prior to your arrival, but you will not be advised of what it is until you check in.

Yes, when you check in. Disney is like other resorts. They won't even verbally tell you your room number - they will write it down unless you've already checked in and are calling back to get that number. It won't be on your room key either.

And if your room is not ready when you arrive at check in (if mousekeeping hasn't cleared it), you can go ahead and go to a park instead of hanging around the lobby waiting for your room number as sometimes it's 'till 3pm (or later) - you can store your bags with bell services until you come back.

You will get a little card with a phone number so you can call back to see if it's ready yet but will still not be told what room number it is until you're back at check in...
