i'm pretty sure I saw a picture of all the room numbers of the BWV somewhere, but can't find it back at first search. Now i was thinking, wouldn't it be nice to have links or pictures of all the different DVC reports about which room numbers are where?
From my side i was specifically looking for which are the rooms in BWV uttermost sticking out to the canal you walk by when you walk to HS. I know they are a far walk from the elevators, but I was hoping they were standard and at the same time having good views. Would be very grateful for any tips on this.

Thanks, i agree these are great, but for these you need to know which areas are which ones. The ones i remember actually looked like the buildings and then had numbers i think.

I've been looking for these too. If you google images for DVC resort plans one comes up for VGC but that's as far as I could find.

Yeah, I have been looking for Kidani for several months. I am surprised they do not exist.

I'm not surprised. Every map I've seen was created by an individual and it takes quite a bit of work to make them, especially for the larger buildings like Kidani. Even if you have a drawing of the shape of the building to get you started, you still have to walk the halls, jot down room numbers and figure out if that room number corresponds to a studio, 1BR, 2BR or GV or a utility room. (You can get a layout of each floor from the resort floorplans posted on the Orange County Comptrollers website to identify the room types.) Then you have to draw in each room type onto the building outline (for each floor) and then number and color code each room. After doing the Unit map for Jambo House I started making a room map for Jambo House and fortunately someone else beat me to it before I had invested a lot of time (though I had already done the hallway crawl, I was only just starting to draw the maps). Having attempted that, I know how much work is involved in producing these maps and am very grateful to those who take on the challenge. We can only hope someone will eventually produce one for Kidani.

If you are a member of TouringPlans.com they have the resort layout with room info (room # and unit size) for every floor, including views from the balconies. Although some were wildly inaccurate. I tried to upload the resort map they give you when you check in but received an error message, you should be able to find that in a search. It has the room # range for each general area. You can use it to compare the location with room #'s on Shamus' "villa by location" link provided above. Standard views are facing the tennis courts (best match for your described preference I think) and facing the main drive to the resort.

Here's the BWV map from our stay a couple weeks ago which shows you which room numbers are where.
