Room Location BWV

Hello
I am hoping someone can help. I just book BWV 1bdrm standard view for Dec. 7th-14th of dec. 2012. My kids will be 7 and 4 at time of travel, my question is what rooms would be the best to be close to the action on the boardwalk? I know Disney won't guarantee a room but I would like to put a request in anyway. Thanks for the help!

Did you book through CRO or with DVC points?

CRO just books standard but the reality is you get whatever DVC members don't book and that's usually pool/garden.

DVC points has 3 views - standard, pool/garden, boardwalk.

Its simplest to just word your request "near boardwalk". That tells the room assigner exactly what is important to you.
