Room Layout at HHI

I have a 2 bedroom booked for HHI for July 4th week. We are taking our 3 year-old son, so I'd like to know if the two-bedroom units are lock-out, or dedicated (or a combination of the two). Also, does anyone know where a room layout might be available for this resort?

Unless you request a HCA 2BR, you will most likely get a dedicated 2BR villa. There are only 21 lockoff 2BRs at HH and they are usually reserved only as Studios and 1BRs. There are 76 dedicated 2BRs and none are HCA.
