On our upcoming cruise I have one of my children booked in a different with his grandparents. Will I be able to get him an extra key to our room or will he only be able to get a key to the room he is registered in?

On our upcoming cruise I have one of my children booked in a different with his grandparents. Will I be able to get him an extra key to our room or will he only be able to get a key to the room he is registered in?

You can get additional room keys (room key only, doesn't have any charging power) at Guest Services onboard.

Another thing, your child will have to attend the muster drill for the room that he is registered in, not yours (if they are different).

Great. That is all we need. He just wants to have access to our room. We will barely see him anyway (teen)

We did exactly this on a cruise this summer when we cruised with our daughter and grandson. Guest services on board apparently handles this quite regularly and they gave us an extra key for their room plus they gave them an extra key to our room.
