Review Room for one night, suggestions?

I'm looking for a room that's relatively cheap for 1 night only!

I don't know when we'll arrive in Orlando, so I didn't book a WDW resort room for the first night we'll be in the state. I've looked online at a couple of places in the area of the World and was wondering if anyone had suggestions of where to stay for under $100 during the first full week of April (I know, I know... spring break)? I peaked at the Regal Sun, Comfort, and Country Inns and they look decent but I want the dirt! Anyone stay there first hand? Are there better alternatives?

Hi, I have gone on HOTWIRE and booked a room at the airport. (do your research FIRST!!) I was able to get the hotel right in MCO(the HYatt??) about 2 weeks before I needed it. It is REALLY a NICE hotel,LUXURY!! You will not know what you are getting but I looked with 4 or 5 stars and could have gotten one close to the airport and been shuttled over. (that would have been fine also) There is a site that GUESSES at what you might get,but I cannot recall it right now?? Maybe someone else could help?? Joan

Stay at a Disney Value property to take advantage of the Extra Magic Hours, the rates are $68/ night. We're staying 5/19-5/21/09 at Disney All Star Movies for a family of 4 (kids are 7 & 6) and the rate we booked was $68 x 2 nights.

We recently stayed that the Holiday Inn Select near the airport and the room included a basic breakfast. They suttled us back to the airport in the morning so we could pick up a rental car.

The rooms were clean and quiet and we slept well.

They've been correctly guessing my Hotwire searches for about 7 different purchases now.
Hyatt MCO is ultra convenient and very nice. It's right in the terminal but not loud at all. If you really want it and it's not showing on a Hotwire search you can always buy a Stay Certificate. Only $135 plus $6 S/H (FedEx)

Be sure to call for availability before buying.

If you want something cheaper, the Fairfield Inn by Marriott by the airport is less than $100 with AAA and offers free continental breakfast near the lobby.

We had to stay one night off property on our recent trip. We stayed at a Ramada right outside of Disney on the Disney Strip as I call it.

We got it for like $50 on priceline or expedia. We weren't getting there until really late and were getting up early the next morning. The reviews I read for it said it was good for a one night stay.

I must agree. The room was very clean. The pool area was nice. I have no complaints. The only down fall is that it is a two story hotel with no elevator. It didn't bother us, but that may be a deal breaker for some groups. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick 1-2 night stay for a great price.
