Which DLP resort Hotels sleep a family of 5?

We have always stayed in the DLH but now our twins are turning 4 we will have to pay for all 3 children. We want to stay at DLH but think the price is going to rocket now. Have you stayed in any of the family rooms in the other hotels close to the park? What were the rooms like and the cost? We are hoping to stay for 5 night in July next year.

Feedback much appreciated.

The Santa Fe Hotel has family rooms that sleep upto 6. I've never stayed in one (have at The DLH) so don't know how they are set up. The only info stated is "1 Double bed and 2 sofa beds"

Hope this is of some help :)

The Newport Bay also has family rooms.

Off-site there's the Explorers, then further afield there's Marriott's and Adagio, and Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch which you'd need a car for.

Hi we are a family of 5 and have stayed in the Explorer which has lovely sized family rooms, but we have found when pricing up rooms that a family room is really expensive. We tend to book 2 separate rooms and request them to be next to each other or interconnecting it has never been a problem and it also doesnt cost as much as a family room. :):)

Slightly different for me as we are three adults and two children but I also found that booking two separate rooms was cheaper than any of the bigger rooms. If you and your husband don't mind sleeping in different rooms it's definitely your cheapest option.
