I know this information has been on this site before.....can someone tell me where to find fax numbers to the resorts and the example fax letter to send a request! Thanks in advance

Several of the resorts have asked that people not waste the time of sending faxes since they just go in the trash. If you want something, make the request with CRO to put it on your reservation. Plus, you can always speak up when you check in.
