Room Discounts

We're planning on going in August '11. Our dates are pretty well set, but what I don't know is if my parents will join us. If they do, we'll be paying for their trip too so I really need to budget and save now. We got free dining for our last trip and I think the odds are good that it might be available for a good portion of our next trip (August 12-20th). We're not opposed to doing a seperate reservation if necessary to get the free dining if they start it on the 15th again. It did save us a lot, BUT we would really like to stay at the Poly and I think a % off room promotion and buying the dining plan would save us more than just getting free dining. The only way we can realistically do the Poly is if they offer a decent percent off promotion like 30 or 40%. Am I dreaming? Does anyone know how likely it is that they would offer a % off. When should I book our rooms? Should I do it now or wait to see what offers come out?
