Room Discounts in December?

Does Disney typically offer any room discounts for AP, Disney Visa Cardholders, or Florida Residents in December? We have never visited in December and I am looking to book a room Dec. 6th - Dec. 12th. I want to stay at POR but would upgrade to WL if they offer any of their deals. I know it's probably a long-shot as this is one of the busiest times of the year but I thought I would ask to see what discounts, if any, they do offer for early Dec.

My nephew and his wife told me they've already booked a Florida resident rate for early December so I guess the discounts are already out.
