Room discount & current availability

Hi,

We are hoping for a RO discount for 10-6-10/11, we cannot change our dates. We have nothing booked at this point. It appears the FD won't be offered for these dates + we prefer RO, we aren't big eaters.

Today the website shows very little availability at Deluxe & Villa Resorts, essentially no standard rooms (except for WL), only suites or CL with rates in the $700/night & up range. Way out of the budget.

So, is getting a standard room tomorrow, assuming RO discounts come out not going to happen?

I am assuming that if there is no availability pre-discount than it won't become available with the discount. I have about 5 backup plans for what to ask for.
