Room Deposit for resorts

I thought room only for a room deposit at onproperty resorts was $200. Yesterday I booked a resort room only for 2020 and it was $400. Did it change?

The deposit for a room only is the rate for one night with the rest due at check in, packages are $200 deposit with the balance due 30 days out.
