room credit

I cancelled my room only reservation Sunday because I got a good package deal. Still haven't seen the credit in my account. Anyone know how long that should take?

I have heard it can take up to 5 business day to process a credit. But don't quote me on that.

Last one I had from them took about 9 days. But they tell you a full billing cycle.
