Not sure if this is the correct place to ask about this...
We had a room only reservation for one night and continued for a 6 night package. I changed the room reservation a couple of times before our trip because the rates were better. By the time we arrived there was about a $100 resort credit. When we checked out two Fridays ago there was still an $80 credit. The cast member checking us out/in asked if I wanted the credit transferred to the new reservation but then said it was easier to refund it to my credit card. Didn’t matter to me. Anyway the point of this long story is that the credit has not appeared on my visa yet. I don’t recall him giving me a receipt either. Who can I contact at Disney to inquire if this credit was actually processed?
