Room capacity question

DVC AKL 2 bedroom sleeps 9. If we have 9 plus an infant are we still OK? Also will the infant need a card key for EMH?

They will allow 9 plus one infant under the age of 3. An infant under three does not need theme park admission.

I would also add that the value 2 bedrooms at AKV Jumbo house are technically 8 + infant.
