Room Capacity @ HH

I'm going to HH in March. I have a 2BR booked and was looking to take another family. All total we will have 4 adults w/children ages 9, 8, 6, 5, 2. Should I expect to encounter any problems having a total of 9 people?Should I be upfront at check-in or keep the crew in the car until I get the room keys?

You should be fine but it's usually best to be upfront. Regardless of the position one takes, you are 8 plus one under 3.

8 people plus one person under the age of 3 is the stated maximum occupancy of a 2 bedroom DVC unit.

Your party is not over that. You will be fine.

And I agree - no reason not to be "up front".

Put two on the sleeper sofa. Two in each of the beds in the guest rooms.

In the master bedroom (King Bed), two adults, plus the two year old in the middle. Or...bring some sort of air matress with you.

The 2BR's are very big at HHI. There is plenty of room for an aero bed.

My DD 1 at the time slep in the playpen next to the bed just fine. The rooms are big have a great trip. My 2 DD and DS loved this resort . We also had my brothers DD & DS who had a great time. The kid were fro 1 years old to 13 and they all had a balst. Can't wait to go back to HH !
