Room/Block request SSR

Hello,

We have stayed at SSR 3 times and have our booked our 4th time for January. Our 180 days is on Saturday and I plan to ring and arrange our reservations (as last time was such a head ache) and whilst on the phone I was going to request our Block. We have always stayed in Congress park how ever last time (we were at the end of congress park closest to the main building) we could hear DTD music/entertainment so we thought we would have a change this time.

Where do you stay?

We love that we can walk to DTD from Congress Park as we visit DTD a lot. We loved the pool at The Paddock (I know it is a lot cooler in January/February but you can't keep DD out the water) Is The Springs the most requested being closest to the main facilities?

Any suggestions? I would love to hear your opinions we LOVE SSR and can't wait to be back in our happy place.

I believe the walkway is closed due to Downtown Disney construction.

We have only stayed at SS once, but when we did we stayed in the Grandstand section. We really liked it there, it was a short walk from the main building and it was the first bus stop on the park route. It was quite and we had a nice view of the golf course from our room.
