I thought every room gets the towel animals, and for every day of your stay, but according to these post you don't. Is there any way to make sure a new towel animal is waiting for you when you get back to your room?

I thought about make diferent animals and art with there tip and leaving it on the dresser or bathroom counter everyday!! :lmao:

Towel animals are part of the magic of WDW. You may get them or you may not. Don't go expecting them and be pleasantly surprised when you do get them.

Nope, you don't get towel animals every day, and unfortunately, there's no way to make sure you do. It's a pixie dust thing....it's a nice surprise when you get one. You may not get any at all.

The housekeepers will do them IF they have time, and IF they know how. Not all housekeepers know how to do it, and sometimes they're so busy that it's just not going to happen. A tip won't make any difference.

In all my trips and stays (see my sig below) I have never gotten a towel animal =((

We have always had some luck with getting one or two (sometimes none) ,btu on our Oct trip our mousekeeper was just to nice .

She started with one and then added a few everynight for our short stay.

what you can try doing is calling housekeeping from your room phone and asking

I have never recieved a towel animal either. I have been enough that you would think maybe....just maybe there would have been one. But, nope none. I hope that this trip we will get some. :worship:

I wonder if they survey the room and if they dont see any kids friendly items (kid luggage, stuffed animals, etc), they dont go out of their way for towel animals....Even though my husband and I are 27 and have no children yet, I think Im going to buy some stuffed animals next time and see if mousekeeping leaves us some fun treats.

I know its not because they were too busy at CBR, because the room right next to us had a new towel animal (and scene) in their window every day.

i honestly think kids may get preferential treatment to some extent, but i know adults only have gotten them too.

the bottom line is there is a relatively very small percentage of housekeepers who can make them and they have to make them on their own time so there's a very finite number of them on any day as well.

I was thinking the same thing......i have kids but they are older now. When we went when they were younger we didnt get any either even though u could definately tell kids were in our room.

I have never gotten any either, and I've been quite a bit, too. We always tip, and that dosen't matter, either. Hopefully next trip...

We get them some trips and not on others. We got a lot on our last trip and we are obviously just 2 adults. My in-laws got them, too.

It really depends on your mousekeeper and how much time she/he has to work a little magic. Don't go expecting them and you might just be surprised!

We have gone for the last 9 year and have gotten 2 towel animals!!! We also tip well and it's obvious there's a kid in the room. The maid has done arrangements with the stuffed toys we leave behind and has put them in the windows before, but it is not a given that anything will be done.

In all our many WDW visits, we've only gotten a towel animal once (a cute little bunny in the bathroom). We don't have kids so that could have something to do with it. On one stay at WL, I had bought a Figment stuffed toy, and every night when we returned, he was doing something different (tucked into bed with the remote watching Disney Channel one right, prepared for a shower with shower cap and shampoo bottle another night, etc.). It was a riot to see what he was up to every day!

We've found towel animals in our room on checkin several times. I don't believe there's a relationship between kids in the room and towel animals (we are ALL kids at Disney).

And I know there is absolutely NO relationship between tips and towel animals. You can't buy magic.
