Just got back from 7-Day on the Magic. Had a "Magical" time, but our room 2098 was VERY noisy at night. I am a light sleeper to begin with so it was probably way worse for me than it will be for others, but a few times even my husband woke up. I slept good the first night, but only because I was so exhausted my body just crashed for the night. However, the rest of the cruise, I was severely sleep deprived. Not sure what all the noises were but they came from over us, under us and outside our window. It was very frustrating. Outside of the noise, I did enjoy being on deck 2 as it was convenient to all the restaurants and to the tender lobby and our stateroom attendent was absolutely wonderful. Others from my family had rooms on deck 2 also and had no complaints, of course they would all sleep through the sinking of the Titanic and would still wake up the next morning relaxed and refreshed.
