Where would you suggest for romance on the Disney Magic? Any particular public spots/times of the day that are more romantic than others? Palos, secret decks, stars/ocean at night? That type of thing.

Depends on what kind of romance.

Palos is nice. but then there are those that swear by the Sureal Bath.

We usually found it a little windy on deck at night, but the pool areas were usually fairly deserted, so maybe a quick dip in the hot tub.

All the way Aft on deck 7...the very back of the ship, there is a small outdoor deck that it not obvious and usually empty or close to it. You have to go through a door. Might make a nice private moment day or night.

Hubby and I found many romantic little places aboard the Magic in January.

Our absolute favourite was Deck 10 after our late dinner. It was pretty windy but almost every night we were completely alone! Just us and the stars and the (full) moon :) We would go forward of the sports area, grab some deck loungers from the stacks and lay down and watch the millions of stars! There is a wind protector there, which was fabulous!

Our other fave was the marvellous blue chairs on deck 4!!! We went there every day and LOVED this place! The best time was after our 6:30pm showing of the evening performance in the WD Theatre. There was MAYBE one other couple..if that! We saw the matinee performance of most shows and then we would go to deck 4 to watch the sunset. This was a major highlight of the cruise for me! (I have heard, unfortunately, that there are no comfy blue chairs on the Wonder...only on the Magic ) :( Boy am I going to be disappointed in October!

We had rainforest room passes on our Dec. cruise last year. The last night of the cruise we skipped the variety show and headed for one last stop in the Rainforest room. We were the only ones there.

We also loved Palo's.

If the lights on Deck 7 aft were just a little bit dimmer, Deck 7 aft would be perfect!;) :)

The rainforest is definately relaxing and can be great! However, I think you should try the surial "MUD" bath, it definately was romantic.

I have to agree with those chairs on Deck 4. We went out there every night before bed and LOVED it. Looking out at the dark ocean with the tropical breeze was heaven!

Hi! My new husband and I will e on the april 20th magic and will also be traveling with 8 other family members. i am looking forward to this family reunion but i wonder what we can do on our own just to have special times together..Any places to take a nice walk or anything? any suggestions would be wonderful...:p

One of our favorite places was also on deck 10 behind the wind barricade. The lights are out and hardly anyone goes out that way. After our late sitting dinner or Palo's visit, it's great, just you and your loved one and all those STARS.

Our favorite spot in the evening, was sitting at a table for 2 in front of one of the giant portholes in Sessions/Cadilac lounge.A nice glass of wine and quiet conversation.
