I have also used the motion sickness patch and it's worked great. I don't know the name of it, there might only be one. I just asked my doctor for the motion sickness patch.
Also, make sure that you have something in your stomach (but not too much!) when you ride. I know that I feel worse if I haven't eaten in awhile or if I haven't had enough to eat.
For me, screaming makes my headache worse. I think it tenses all the muscles in my head and the vibration of the rollercoaster translates into immediate headache and nausea. If I feel the need to verbalize, I go with a "YAAYYY!" or a low "Ahhhhhh" and make sure that I don't scrunch my face or tense my muscles.
I also do breathing to combat the nausea. Breathe in up a hill and out down the hill.
