I confess: I have been lurking a little with not a lot of time for the PC. We are leaving for the night's hockey game so this has to be quick. I'll be back on tomorrow - promise. We are fine just been a little busy.

I am here, still sick. I have been on antibiotics since Monday. My head is getting some better. I just need the bronchitis to improve.

I printed off my packing list and care instructions for the furbabies. I am getting a shopping list together. We have a lot to get done this weekend. We also have to go to a class, on Sunday, for Kaleigh's baptism.

I guess we will watch the Buckeye's tonight.

Ok, I have decided to dust off the tiara and fluff up the feathers on the boa and so see Mamma Mia again!!! Sorry guys -- I can't make it to Denver....you know, the fear of flying thing......but it is playing in Appleton, WI just 150 miles North of here at the end of the month. So, I bit the bullet and bought 3 tickets so John and Kristen can come with and see it too!! I knew that I would not be able to get in the house again after seeing in if I had "deprived" Kristen!!! LOL!!! She is such a fan!! She has been singing the songs -- with many of the wrong words -- since we bought the CD last summer!! Don't tell though, its going to be a surprise. We are probably going to tell her that we are going up north to visit John's aunt and then we will take several wrong turns that she won't notice and arrive at the theatre!!

Ted -- Welcome aboard!!! Who knows, now that Fantasy Football is done, maybe I can rope John into getting on the boards......

Darren-- You lucky dog!!! Make sure that you have enough fun for all of us!!! Remember to wash those hands!!!

Bonnie, can't tell you how much fun it was talking to you on the phone today. It was like we were back on the ship. Your laugh is one I will never forget. Contagious! I need a POP! Oh wait, is it a soda?

Jeanne, I think I will have to call you. Hearing Bonnie's voice made me miss you even more. Look out-I might just surprise you. Question, what movie did Neil Diamond star in? Bonnie, don't say a thing.

Lori, you are missed also. Don't read much from you anymore. I know that all I have to do is pick up the phone to talk to you! And have our monthly lunches. Next time maybe Barb can come.

I wasn't around tonight because we were watching the game!!!!!!!!!! Garry and I were so happy we were jumping and screaming in our livingroom. We even woke up the Big Guy we were so happy!That was incrediable! In double overtime to boot! That made my night! Now if the Browns

can come up with a win on Sunday...............

I'm just trying to catch up on the after the holiday house stuff. Almost done, so to speak. On Wednesday my kitchen will finally begin to get torn apart. So much for getting the house back in order. For an anniversary gift, Garry is letting me redo the kitchen. Granted it was last years gift, but it is finally getting done. The guy we asked to do it had all sorts of problems from getting the cabinets to the counter top, and everything else you could think of. I have been without a dishwasher since December 2001. The time has come!!!!!!!!!! And of course it is just in time for Garry to go on nights! He will try to sleep while the guys tear up my kitchen! Isn't that how it always works?

Julie-So glad you are back with your clipart!!! I should look so good in boa's!!!! I remember fighting with the wrap I had on. I can imagine me with a boa!! I may end up eating feathers for dinner!

Sandy- I loved talking with you both!!!! I was so excited. It's a shame I had to cut it short but...2hours later I was too tired to check the board. LOL! I loved hearing the CO accent!!!! I wish you and Ted could come here to help with the plumbing problems!! Ted could work while we talked and giggled!!

Jeanne works this weekend per my calendar so we may not hear from her.

I'm BACK!!! Our hockey team won last night in a shoot out. First overtime (4 on 4 for 5 minutes) then the shoot out!! What a win!! We had a blast! HOCKEY NUTS we are and we made a lot of noise last night!!

You know I had a party on NYE. We have tons of dips left over. Some were never brought out of fridge, so I assume these are o.k. Others were brought out, then put back in fridge. Can we eat any of these?
My hot artichoke dip?
Sour cream that has been covered?
Guacamole?

Ponder over this and let me know. Thinking of putting some out for appetizers tonight, but don't want the vomitous in my house. Now, if they are going to vomit later...... Just kidding

Ktista...NYE was Tuesday...I don't know if I would chance the ones that were put out already. Think about it...people dipping things, not knowing if they washed their hands! Then sitting out for hours and now days in the fridge? EWWWW!
I would hate to see your grocery bill with all these dinner parties!!!


I will open a chat line at 4:55 PM EST and try to reach anyone logged in at the time!! This will be exciting!! And we can email the transcript to Darren!!! It will be like being there all together again!!! Of course I will watch what I say! LOL!
