YaY we got ours too! We are on the 5th floor again...no upgrade but we are happy with our cat 6

got ours - got 11's as expected. I got assigned 5509 which confuses me because I thought the sideways cabins only held 3 people. I have 4 in my family. Called guest services and they assured me it held 4 - I guess we will see. A little miffed that the people we were linked with got a stateroom at the opposite end of the ship than us. I know many people get two near each other.

Hello everybody! I am back from my whirlwind trip to WDW and the Expedition Everest Challenge!

It was fun, it rained cats, dogs and small elephants during the race and they had to call the last part off, but we made the best of it and had a blast anyhow. Plus I beat my time from last year on the 5K portion and felt great in the end!

Got to watch Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure premiere in MK, it was so cute! I recommend it, as a bonus we got to meet a new fairy that they will have for the meet and greets from now on, Terence! (If you have seen any of the new Tinkerbell movies you know him, if not, well it is a male fairy who is friends with Tink). We also met Rob Paulsen who was the voice for Pinky from Pinky and the Brain and Bobble in the Tinkerbell movies.

The site visit for our vow renewal at WDW went wonderfully, we loved the place and we are even more excited!!!

Just 4 more weeks and one day for our cruise.

Happy to hear everybody got their assignments and that some lucky peeps snagged some upgrades! Rock on!!!

woo hoo this board is a rockin ; YEA !!!! I love all the chit chat I hope everyone likes their rooms - I loved the second floor . lots of great upgrades !!!! congrats all and wilma as we get a final room assignment list can you post on page 1 with the FE list stuff in a few days or whenever ? I want to start the FE maps soon

We were lucky in that our family had 2 SR's booked and got cabins right next to each other but our friends, who we have linked ressies with, are nowhere near us at all

So when do we get tickets or whatever pack we need for boarding?
We leave home on the 16th and I'm worried we won't have received our documents in the UK by then!

Meryll, the information you get from DCL (or through Dreams if you have booked through them) usually comes a couple of weeks before, however you don't actually need it for boarding (as we discovered last time). As long as you have completed your online check-in documentation and printed off the forms, you should be fine. It's always nice to have extra 'stuff' though, isn't it

Hi all !!!!
We r getting closer to our cruise !!!! Lastnight Denver and I went to Disneyland with a friend who I work with . We brought Ava a puppy in traning for Paw PAls the orginization I work with . Denver was her mentor on her first trip to the house of the mouse .... We checked out all the fun fall stuff and are going back next week !!!!!

Well, I only know the Disney side of all of you, but I sense a compassion about all of you and I have a HUGE favor to ask of you. During the summer, I volunteer at a camp held locally for children who have cancer and their entire family - Camp Debbie Lou. It is one of only 2 in the nation that cares for the entire family - the other is run by Kirk Cameron. (This one is run by a large family that we are very good friends with) Ellie, one of our campers from this past summer has just found out that she is no longer in remission and her cancer has come back as a stage 4. She is only 7 and has a twin sister. Her mom and dad are meeting with the doctors to discuss and determine the best line of treatment for her. Childhood cancer is UGLY and not only reaks havok on the child, but the entire family. I feel fortuante to be a part of the wonderful camp that ministers and provides emotional healing for the whole family. Please pray for her and her entire family as they face very difficult days ahead!
